Hot-dog mini Cakes

We live in a virtual world… It’s often true. We exchange, we like, we comment without really knowing the people. Yet, all these interactions are real and sometimes lead to beautiful encounters.

That’s the case with Valérie, who shared her “Hot-dog” mini cakes recipe with me from La Pomélie.

Living my life…

I’m part of a group called “Dis Maman c’est quoi le dîner” on Facebook. It’s a group, as I’ve mentioned before, where parents exchange recipes and culinary tips!!

Valérie is the reference, naturally. I say naturally because she cooks and bakes like a chef, producing amazing dishes faster than lightning (given everything she shares, it’s pretty incredible!!) and everything looks so appetizing.

The good news: she recently opened a guesthouse, La Pomélie. So here’s my little tip for today: if you’re planning an escape to Touraine, in Bléré specifically, rush to La Pomélie!! It’s beautiful, refined, and… as you guessed, the food is excellent!!!

My personal touch: fresh thyme from my garden and paprika in the batter for even more flavor…
