Hello friends!
Hope you’re ready for a super indulgent recipe today… We’re going for the “wow”, the “yum”, and the “Mmm… so good!” vibes.
Let me introduce you to my creamy spinach and bacon gnocchi.
An easy and quick recipe
This recipe is truly delicious, and you’ll see how simple and quick it is to make. A comforting dish just how I like itâperfect for those weeknight evenings when you’re wondering what on earth to cook and how you’re going to find the time between all the end-of-day activities… parents, I know you feel me!! đ
As I was saying, this creamy spinach and bacon gnocchi is very easy to prepare and, honestly, it wonât take you long at all.
In twenty minutes, youâll have a super tasty dish to serve, and Iâm sure your guests will love itâŠ
I admit it…
So, you may have noticedâIâm not really used to cooking gnocchi-based dishes, itâs not exactly a go-to in my kitchen. In fact, this is the first gnocchi recipe Iâm sharing with you… My bad, apologies… I have to say, Iâd previously tried some rather “meh” brands, and they didnât exactly wow the crowd at my table.
My recommendation
This time, I used gnocchi from the Saint Jean brandâthe same one I used for my recent recipe âcreamy crozets with leeksââand what a difference! The texture and taste were on another level! So yes, I recommend this brand for making my creamy spinach and bacon gnocchi!
Of course, you can adapt this recipe based on what youâve got in your fridge, and you can totally make it vegetarian by skipping the bacon. đ
Essential utensils:
A sauté pan (or a large frying pan),
A cutting board,
A good paring knife,
And a cheese grater.
Nothing too complicated!!
Other great ideas

For example, if youâre into tasty and easy recipes, I highly recommend checking out my Parmesan Quinoa Gratin, which pairs perfectly with these creamy gnocchi.
