No Bake Caramel Cheesecake
- 60 g butter
- 130 g Graham crackers
- 150 g Philadelphia cream cheese
- 50 g + 20 g salted butter caramel
- 75 g liquid cream
Melt gently the butter.
Crush the crackers with a plastic bag and a rolling pin or with a blender.
Combine melted butter and ground crackers.
Place a baking paper in your mold and pour the crackers pastry.
Shape properly with a small spatula. Set aside in your fridge.
Combine Philadelphia cream cheese with 50 g caramel.
Whisk the cream into firm chantilly (do not add sugar).
Combine gently with a spatula with the Philadelphia and caramel mix.
Pour in your mold. Flaten the surface with a small spatula.
Set aside in your fridge for 2 hours.
When serving, add the 20 g caramel on top of the cheesecake.
