It’s high time I shared again some appetizer recipe… Let me come back with garlic shrimps!

The recipe, Chef !
- 20 shrimps
- 1 garlic clove
- A few parlsey stalks
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Remove the shells from the shrimps and keep just the end.
Place them in a hollow dish.
Grate the garlic, chop the parlsey and add it all to the shrimps.
Pour the olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
Mix gently with a spoon so that to have garlic and parsley all over your shrimps.
Set aside in your fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Remove from the fridge 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
