Greece and sunshine in your plate? Want something fresh and healthy? Aww yes!! So, with a few personal changes as always, here is my watermelon and feta cheese salad!!
This salad will put you in a super good mood!! It is full of colors, full of delicisous flavors and it is super light! Yum!!
It is the perfect way to be on a diet and still enjoy eating! And that is the key when you want to loose weight. As many people, I had a few period of diets, in order to balance my food or loose a few pounds. I never made it without feeling happy and satisfied with what was in my plate.
The subject is even trickier when you share your food with others who are not dieting at all: kids for instance!!
So trust me on this one: my little ones loved it!! “Mummy, it’s soooo good!!”.
You will have this watermelon and feta cheese salad as a main dish, or side dish with grilled meat, fish, you can also have it as a delicious starter. Success is just around the corner!!
Aww … I almost forgot… 5 minutes only are necessary to prepare it. Anybody has a better plan???
And here a nice presentation with a small change: mozzarella instead of feta cheese 😉

Watermelon and Feta Cheese Salad
- 2 slices of watermelon
- 150 g feta cheese
- 1 cucumber
- 20 marinated green olives
- 10 leaves os fresh mint
- Olive oil
- Flower salt
Wash and cut the cucumber in cubes.
Cut the watermelon in cubes too.
Place them in a large bowl.
Add the feta cheese cut in cubes.
Spread the olives and chopped mint.
Season with flower salt and pepper.
Add olive oil.
For a more nourishing salad, you can add scallops or shrimps.
