A super easy recipe for you today, among the basics of French pastry…

Here is my almond crumble!

So I will be quick on this one since you only need 5 minutes of preparation and 30 minutes of baking for this almond crumble.

You can use it when making the usual fruit crumble, when making your breakfast bowl or just to enjoy with a nice cup of coffee!

You can also have it with your desserts in individual jars. Let go your imagination and share what you did here!!

The utensils:

A mixing bowl

And a baking mat (or a baking paper sheet).

Almond Crumble

Cooking Time: 35 min


  • 65 g flour
  • 65 g almond powder
  • 65 g sugar
  • 65 g cold butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (3-4 g)
  • 2 pinches of flower salt



Preheat your oven at 150-160 degrees.


Mix the flour, sugar, almond powder, baking powder and flower salt in a bowl.


Add the cold butter and mix (it's easier with your fingers).


Spread the crumble pastry on your baking mat.


Bake for 30 minutes (your crumble should be golden).


Let cool down.
