I’m probably going to share the easiest potato recipe here: the mashed potatoes with olive oil.

Mashed Potatoes with Olive Oil
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 tbsp coarse salt
- 4-5 tbsp olive oil
- 10 chive stalks
Boil a large volume of water with coarse salt.
Peel and cut your potatoes in 3 cm cubes.
Cook the potato cubes in the boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes.
Once cooked, pour in a strainer.
Then place in a large bowl, mash the potatoes with a fork.
Add olive oil, salt, pepper and chopped chive.
Combine and serve.
