- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp zaatar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 8 mint leaves
- 10-12 olives
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp pistachios
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
Place gauzes in your strainer.
Add 1/4 tsp salt to your yogurt, mix.
Pour on the gauze and wrap with gauze.
Leave to rest in your fridge for at least 5 hours.
After this time, remove the yogurt from the gauze and place it in your serving plate.
Spread zaatar, ground cumin, chopped mint, red pepper, salt and pepper.
Add olives and pour olive oil.
Finally spread pistachios and pine nuts.
