Hello my friends!!
Have I already told you that I’m a huge fan of appetizers shared with friends or family?? 😉
And if I mention appetizers, I include of course savory cakes… Please welcome my bacon, Comte cheese and mustard mini cakes!
I won’t make a long speech here.
I have 2-3 basic recipes for savory cakes that I combine with a different main ingredient each time. For today’s recipe, I went for the “hotdog” savory mini cakes recipe. Nothing out of the ordinary, just a little variation in order to enjoy my appetizers moment a different way! 🙂
For those who have already tried the “hotdog” version, you have in mind that that recipe is very easy to make and requires very little time. 5 to 10 minutes tops, after it’s only cooking time!
I’m pretty sure you’re already convinced…
Obviously, those bacon, Comte cheese and mustard mini cakes will easily join the list of savory bites you can have for a celebration buffet (birthday, communion, baptism, etc).
And if you don’t have the appropriate molds, you can make a large cake to share. In this case, you will add around 15 minutes in the oven.
A silicone mini cake mold (or a muffin mold),
A large bowl,
A good whisk,
And a sharp knife.
You know everything now. Let’s do this!
The recipe, Chef!
