Here is my cream cheese dip sauce, it should soon become your best friend!
In Alsace, we often have it with our potato pancakes, but it will be perfect just next to your raw vegetables.
It will be great too as an element of your TV dinner or simply with baked potatoes.
And because I just can’t help it… in Alsatian, we call it Bibeleskäs!! Did you just try to pronounce it ?? 🙂

Cream Cheese Dip Sauce
- 125 g cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of cream
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of vegetal oil
- Herbs (chive, parsley, coriander)
- Ground nutmeg
Mix the cream cheese, the cream and the oil in a bowl.
Add the chooped herbs and mashed garlic.
Season with salt, pepper and ground nutmeg.
I like to add ground ginger.
