Crustless Quiche with green Asparagus and Ham
- 5-6 green aspargus
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g milk
- 100 g cream
- 40 g flour (or corn starch)
- 2 medium sized eggs
- 120 g ham
- 50 g grated cheese
- Ground nutmeg
- 4 thin slices of ham
Cut the hard end of the asparagus and stir fry them 5 minutes in a frying pan with olive oil and salt.
Preheat your oven at 200 C / 390 F degrees.
Whisk the milk and flour together.
Add the cream, then the eggs. Combine.
Add the grated cheese.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Pour the batter in your buttered gratin dish.
Add the aspargus and ham.
Cook 20 minutes.
