No Bake Chocolate Tartlets

No Bake Chocolate Tartlets

Ingredients

  • Crust
  • 250 g chocolate biscuits
  • 75 g butter
  • Ganache
  • 300 g chocolate
  • 300 g liquid cream 30% fat

Instructions

Crust

Crush the biscuits with a blender.

Add the butter at room temperature and combine.

Spread this crust in 6 silicon tartlet molds, pack very tightly.

Set aside in your freezer for 10 minutes.

Ganache

Place the chocolate cut in pieces in a bowl.

Heat the cream to a boil. Remove immediately from the stove and pour on the chocolate.

Leave for one or two minutes and combine.

Let cool down the ganache at room temperature until it thickens a bit.

Fill in your crusts with ganache.

Set aside in your fridge until serving.

You can add flower salt or cocoa on top.
