I’m back with a yummy and easy recipe : wraps!
Yes you can easily make them yourselves, and they will taste to much better and fresher!
Let’s see the recipe, Chef!
- 350 g flour
- 160 g lukewarm water
- 5 g baking powder
- 5 g salt
- 30 g olive oil
Place all the ingredients in your food processor bowl and knead for 3-4 minutes until your get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Cover with cling film and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Cut the dough in 10 equal sized pieces. Spread each of them until you get a 18-20 cm diameter round shape.
Heat your frying pan and cook (without fat) each wrap 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
