Fried green Tomatoes
- 4large green tomatoes
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp milk
- 6 tbsp bread crumbs
- 4 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
Cut the tomatoes in thick slices. Set aside.
Beat the eggs and milk in a plate.
Combine flour, corn starch, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper in a plate.
Pour the bread crumbs in a plate.
Heat the oil in your frying pan.
Take a slice of tomato, soak into flour, then egg mixture and finally in the bread crumbs.
Stir fry on both sides until golden. Set aside on absorbing paper.
Start over with the other tomato slices.
Serve with yogurt dip!
