Did anyone ask for a yummy and easy dish to make? How do beef meatballs sound to you?
Yummylicious or what?? Here is my beef meatballs recipe with tomato sauce! Enjoy!!

Beef Meatballs
Ingredients
- 600 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 50 g milk
- 1/2 onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 300 g tomato pulp
- 1 tablespoon mapple syrup (or honey)
- Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Place the bread crumbs with the milk in a large bowl, leave 2-3 minutes.
Mix with a fork.
Add the egg and minced onion. Mix.
Add the meat, spices, salt and pepper.
Mix until homogeneous.
Shape 25 meatballs with your hands.
Heat the tomato pulp in a casserole. Add the grated garlic, mapple syrup, thyme and a large glass of water. Add salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in your frying pan.
Once the oil is hot, stir fry the meatballs on each side until golden.
Pour the tomato sauce on top, cover with lid and cook at low heat for 45 minutes.
Adjust seasoning before serving.
